Brisbane Housing Company has developed a large number of differing types of modern affordable apartment style accommodation for low income households throughout Brisbane over the past 5 years and is continuing to develop more homes.

Because of the diversity of size, location and rents of these properties the Company is able to provide housing to a varying range of low income households who have demonstrated they meet the company’s eligibility and affordability requirements. These households range from households solely dependent on Centrelink benefits through to low income working households.
