As a prospective tenant of Brisbane Housing Company you will want to know what type of home will suit you, what are our rents and whether you are eligible for our accommodation. BHC offers a mix of homes at discounted market rents for tenants who cannot afford to pay the escalating private rents in Brisbane. Once you become a BHC tenant, you will get to know your dedicated Housing Manager, who is part of the professional, award-winning housing management team overseeing the day-to-day management of your home. They are your first point of contact and will be the source of information from the moment you start your tenancy with BHC.

Your rent will be set at a discounted market rent so anything you earn extra is yours as long as you remain within our eligibility guidelines.
