Excellence in Project Development
BHC works in partnership with a range of leading edge architects, planners, engineers, builders and other development professionals to ensure that each BHC project is delivered, on-time, on-budget and to an exacting set of quality and liveability standards. Our buildings are Six Star rated and we are committed to developing environmentally sustainable buildings that complement their environment, provide ambience, comfort and excellent design. Our in-house development team monitors all aspects of project delivery from concept to completion and we provide a comprehensive purchaser hand over and customer service.
Excellence in Property and Tenancy Management
BHC’s in-house Operations Team attends to all aspects of property and tenancy management for the affordable rental housing owned by the Company and NRAS properties. Achieving excellent results in terms of key statistics - low vacancy rates, high tenant retention rates and low arrears - our tenancy managers are accomplished professionals. Concerted care and attention is paid to tenant selection and the Company operates within the guidelines of the Residential Tenancies Act. Property management is also a key focus for BHC. Our caretakers and property managers ensure that the highest standards of building maintenance, both responsive and planned, are undertaken on an annual cycle and that the physical aesthetics of our buildings are exemplary.
